Does anyone out their have any experience with this bullet?
(SIERRA 22 (.224) 69gr BULLET TMK)
If so where could I find the minimum/maximum powder load?

I use SMKs 69gr in my SA20. I use :
25.3 grs of varget
Military brass (IVI)
CCI BR primers

It shoots sub MOA at 300 m . I use sierras load data , but there are many other powders that will work well with this bullet.

Varget
Min 23.3
Max 26.1

I've shot the 77s and they work VERY well. However I moved on from varget to IMR 8208xbr for this reason. To get enough varget into the cases to keep the velocities where they should be, it is a compressed load. Compressed enough that when seating it's actually crushing the jacket(which is thinner than the reg matchking) and leaves a ring around the bullet from where the seating stem touches the ogive. 8208 allows for more room in the case and a non compressed load. Velocities are good and I'll be honest, accuracy is better than with varget.

The very first five shot group out of my T-3 Varmint at 100m. I was using the 69gr TMK in front of CFE223. The cases are Lapua, and the primer a 205m. Be aware that you need to seat the TMK very deep to use them in most factory magazines.
