Sierra manual help needed

Hey guys, i'm wondering if someone can help me with a starting load for my 270 wsm. I have 140 grain game king bt bullets and IMR 4350 and R19 powders. I don't have this manual, only the Barnes and a older Lee v2 manual. This is just a target load, but i want it to be accurate. Can someone help me with this manual? I'd appreciate the help.

I know it's not your brand of bullet but the Hodgdon Data Reloading Center spit out 56.0 for starting and 60.5 as max for IMR4350 for a 140 grain bullet in .270 WSM

Alliant spit out a MAX of 64 grains of RL-19. So a starting load would be less 10% (6.4) or 57.6 grains for a 140 grain Speer SP in .270 WSM.

Sierra has IMR 4350 starting at 56.6 @2900fps and max 61.0 @3100. Reloader 19 is listed as start 60.1 and max 64.1 for the same velocities.
