Sierra Tip MatchKings 6.5mm !!Creedmoor!!

Hi all,

I am curious to know if anyone has used the Sierra TMK in a 6.5mm? I'm interested in finding out what everyone is loading them off the lands at?

130 grains in weight

6.5 creed or 260 rem.

Are you loading from a mag?

Not necessarily.

Lots find good loads at 20 off, my rifle I’m at around 70 off I think. Have to check my notes to be sure. Shooting from the mag. I test in 0.003 seating depth changes or you will blow right by good nodes.

I had no luck with them in my 6.5x47 that shoots absolutely everything well. I ended up giving the remainder of my box away.

I haven't shot the TMK but I have shot the TGK Tipped Gameking in my 6.5cm (Tikka CTR)

I am loading to 2.867" OAL which is .095" jump to lands. RL16 41.1grs and RL17 42.0grs both work really well

Same here, as much as SMKs and TMKs work wonders in my .308, my 6.5x47 absolutely hates them.
6.5 sure loves Lapua Scenars though...

I was good with 10 thau off. Cant get any longer in my mag.
