Sig 522 options

IF the CFC classifies the Sig 522 as not prohibited. Which one would you buy?

Since I live in the middle of Urbanistan, the shooting range is my only choice... so classification is irrelevant to me.

I'd consider the non-folder with 16" if the stock would still collapse a little (but not under 660mm obviously).
Should be a heck of a fun little gun if you can get hi-cap mags for a reasonable price.

for me the best configuration is Un-restricted (longer barrel, folding stock)

I can live with a fixed stock for it to be non-restricted with a 16" barrel. If these do become available, I hope Questar brings in lots of spare mags.

What do you mean? by variant of deciding whether a class is going to become prohibited? Not sure how long for variant, but AFAIK the prohibition list seems only be increasing when Liberals are in power
