Anyone recommend a Sig guy who can do a trigger job on my NP762? I have zero problems with paying someone to replace parts with Sig parts.

Cheers

What are you looking to change? the DA weight? or install the short reset trigger (SRT), you may want to ask some NP762 owner if SIG parts work?

You can change the main spring, however you run the risk of "light" primer strikes & reliability issues if you don't get the spring weight right? also the DA trigger is part of a "safety" mechanism for the pistol.

Thanks for your replies, my intent is to replace the Norc mainspring assembly with a Sig one (newer version), but I’m not sure the plastic shoe will fit under the grips with the size of the 7.62 Tok mag…? The NP has the metal shoe and long strut, like old school 226’s. Anyone know?

Thanks in advance guys.

And I don’t think (?) any of the mainsprings I can buy now would even work with this old style strut/shoe? Please correct me if I’m wrong.

Matrix Precision in the US manufactures either the long or E2 short mainspring seats,if you would prefer aluminum instead of plastic.

SIG metal pinned mainspring assy are interchangeable to long or short mainspring seats w/ the correct strut.

SIG metal magazine heel latch mainspring seats are not interchangable to either of the current spring seats.
