SIG Classic Green

Wanstalls has them, good guys. Expensive rifle now, when I bought my Black Special, it was $1000 less and came with a scope, my how times and currencies have changed in a few years. Incredible quality on these and being NR is very nice.

If you are worried about money, there is also the Famae SG540 for significantly cheaper. Not as great of finish quality as the Swiss Arms, and an iteration behind the classic green, but same basic functionality. Mine has been great so far.

There is a 100 NR rifles in bound, but I don't know how many of each. Green classics have 1 in 7 twist barrels, everything else has a 1 in 10 twist.

Barrels are made in both twists. I believe that Rebel Rouser was referring to the incoming shipment being made up of Classic Green rifles with 1 in 10 twist and the other colour rifles having 1 in 7. We don't know exactly what is coming in, and are only trying to clarify the confusion on this thread.

hummm this might seem like a weird question but what the difference between a black specual and a classic green aside from the color?

Yup. They can both have 1-10 or 1-7. Most exports I believe opt for the 1-7 as the 1-10 is optimized for a single type of ammunition. The Swiss GP-90

Normally they are the standard 1in10 twist unless you ask for the other.
I think there was a shipment of Green 1in7 twist that came over in 2008 that were an contractor over run for a security company.
I got one at the time, and have one of each.

I find both twits more accurate than I can be.

Any ETA on when the new shipment will arrive?
Is pricing expected to be higher than what Wanstalls has the classic green listed at or should we be looking at similar pricing?
