Sig Mosquito replacement slide assembly

The Sig Mosquito is a fun little .22 but the quality of the metal is kind of sub par pot metal. My dog knocked mine off the table with his tail while I was cleaning it and a piece broke off the side of my slide.
I am not the first owner on this pistol so I don’t have any warranty papers on it but I’m still going to check with MD Charlton to see if they will do anything for me. In the event that they don’t and in the interest of keeping my little pistol running, I’m thinking on purchasing a replacement slide or 3. Anyone have any suggestions?
 
That will require some luck. Watch auctions and I would start phoning all the old sig sauer warranty dealers to see if they have anything collecting dust on the back shelves.
I dont know if the GSG firefly slides would work, you could talk to the dealers that sold those... see if they can enlighten you.
 
I dealt with this year's ago, there are no replacement slides for the mosquito, and after waiting 3 years they finally decided to replace it with a GSG 1911, but that's not going to happen anymore either. Sorry for your luck.
 
Doubt you will find a slide. I sold my Sig M a year before the ban to a fellow that tried finding one for over two years. Well known issue with which is partly why I sold it and it’s accuracy wasn’t up to what I wanted. Upgraded to a Colt Woodsman and Ruger mk2. Couldn’t decide which I wanted so easy decision, both.
