SIG P226 9mm servicing & repair in SW Ontario?

Ditto Protege's remarks. The upgrade parts are fairly easy to yourself if you are handy. If you find it a bit daunting to do yourself, I can see the need for a smith. As for the feed ramp, if the gun is eating ammo without any feed problems, leave it alone. You can't make reliable MORE reliable by doing so.

I'm all about servicing my own stuff BUT there is top of the line Sig Armorer in Mississauga, Ontario. Where are you located?
My personal experience;
Not only does he work for MD Charlton Co, SIG Importer for Canada, but when he installs things like triggers, etc... he doesn't just drop in the kit pieces but will actually polish/shave off as needed so everything works together smoothly.

I use al simmons in Hamilton. I am heading there soon with my m&p... in a zip lock bag because I tried to install an apex competition trigger kit myself. The only time I have been there I had an archangel stock fitted to my M14. My only complaint is that they forgot to tell me that it was finished so I ended up having to wait a few extra days. Overall I trust them with my stuff and they did a good job.
