Sig P226 - another question about rear sight size

Hi all,

Could someone with a standard fixed sights on their P226 just measure the height and width of the OPENING of the rear sight?

does the p220 have the same rear sight? If so, I'll do it up in the morning for you.

the notch itself .095 deep, .155wide. From the flat of the cut in the slide to the top of the sight it measures aprox .240" high on mine. Its 226 in .40 with standard factory sights.

Well, just for interests sake:

Width: 0.150"
Height: 0.095"

Same as JD's.
