Ok hi guys...
Question for you sig pros...shot my new to me sig today (love it) the hammer drops fine but it feels wobbly...it's hard to explain. On my other pistols, even my old np-22, the hammer dropped and stayed put, on the sig it returns just a little from the firing pin......is this normal? Like I say it's hard to explain, and pics won't help before I'm lambasted.....
Thanks in advance.....import

Well I knew Id get an answer....recon you're right, it's returning to the decocker position, off the firing pin, good to know all's well....however Voltaire..yours doesn't? The pistol shoots great...just an unusual hammer position....thanks eh...

I thought you meant it wiggles/is loose when its at rest from you saying wobbly, and mine dont wiggle, the lowering to decocker is normal.

Thanks Voltaire,
As I said....kinda hard to explain....but I think we got it....clearly from the list, youre a sig fan....

sig is my go to, cz75 orange is my competition handgun
OP i have a 226, when cocked hammer is not at all wobbly, not in the slightest, when uncocked, well yeah its uncocked...
