As an FYI to anyone who has a SIG P320 with the dreaded "Double-Click" (Youtube it) ...here's the fix.
As far as I know this post will be a first with information on how to solve the "problem."

*Warning* depending on your skill level, you could botch this and require a new TRIGGER CONNECTOR (SIG PART# 1300675-R)

Ok here we go...

The problem is that this face is too tall, mine originally measured .306"
So what happens with the double-click is the that sear is released first... then, a long-trigger-pull later the disconnect activates producing the "double-click."
The problem with this is that is feels like garbage and one could potentially induce a failure (i.e. a dead-trigger after firing a round.)

SIG apparently claims that this is normal, yet, not all P320s have this problem (but a lot do.) I'm thinking it's a lot cheaper to say it is normal, than send out a $60 part to everyone who has the issue. :p

The FIX:
I ended up reducing the height to .296" which tightened up the point at which the disconnector is released. The SEAR and DISCONNECT now happen within a millimeter of each other and is indistinguishable on trigger pull. The DOUBLE CLICK is Gone. :D

Not one for attempting to hand-file a flat-face, this is what I came up with... the "poor-mans" mill; note Dremel cutting-disc under TRIGGER CONNECTOR was used to make for an as close to perfect level surface as possible.

Here is the face after with a little polish. Careful not to round the front-edge in order to maintain as crisp a trigger pull as possible. Enjoy!

I should add... Remove a little first (.002"~.003"), then dry-fire, repeat until just one "click" (i.e. release of firing pin, followed by disconnect as one motion) is heard/felt.
It's actually always two-clicks for every P320 ever made (firing-pin release, then disconnect), but when they are close enough together it feels like one. Keep that in mind :)

Another one ! Tell ya'..... likely half the guns I've bought since getting "in to this game" have something wrong / minor irritant wrong with them. IT's not the cheap guns either. Smith & Wesson Performance Centers, CZ's, Troy.....
I was thinking in last few weeks of buying a 320. Makes my eyes twitch when I spend big $$$ and yet still need to be a gunsmith..:HR:

I hear ya.

I literally was thinking it was "broken" when I opened it up and was about to call the shop to give them crap... If you could've seen my face when dry-firing it. I bought it online so I never handled one in store.

However, thankfully I did my research and discovered that a bunch of people in the US were complaining about the same thing, so I then set out to solve the issue (if it could be solved.) Thankfully it was a relatively easy fix *if* you don't mind getting into it like I did.

I can say now that mine is as it should have been from factory and I really do love it.
But, had I handled one in store and it had the "double-click" I would've walked and never considered it.

All other aspects of the pistol are SIG... no machining marks visible on inside/outside of slide. Everything else looks great on it.
