Get onto MD CHarlton, the Canadian SIG Distributor. They should be all over getting the Cross into Canada ASAP as a way of making up for lost MCX and MPX sales....
As for the .277 Fury hybrid cartridge? I would hedge my bets and avoid this up-sell of an unproven round until such time as it goes mainstream (IF it goes mainstream) and is produced by the major manufacturers (Winchester, Federal, Hornady, etc). If the SIG entry into the Next Generation Infantry Rifle competition State-side does not bear fruit, expect the .277 to become a SIG-only niche boutique cartridge. If, on the other hand, the US Army adopts the SIG hybrid 6.8mm round (AKA: .277 +P+) later this year or next, then the .277 Fury will definitely go mainstream, with surplus 6.8 Fury eventually becoming available South of the Border.
