Got to play with one of these in FL. 5500$ us.
Ambi controls are nice, love the bolt release. surprisingly well balanced, trigger was pretty nice as well. Folding stock mech was just ok, kinda like the xcr and a bit pinchy. Id pick one up in 308 for sure and run stinky chinese corrosive through it.

Xm250 - note the feed tray and cover. Bolt is riding inside a tubular steel tube inside an aluminum shell. That’s how this beast dishes out 80k psi 6.8 rounds . Giant regulator knob to turn whatever tools around. Robust bipods . Barrel is actually designed to be QD able but it cannot be QD on the fly without a handle in this army configuration - the big brother in 338 has the same barrel mechanism but with a handle so it can be QDed
