I want to know what you guys think I should do next. I sent my 4-16 in for repairs because it was bleeding lube on to the lense near there turrets. Easy to see, and when you zoom down tol ow power, it was visible. I was hoping to get it dealt with before it migrated more.

Sent it to MD Carlton who is responsible for Sig warrenty in Canada. They did get back to me in reasonable time and offered to replace it with an Msr 3-18 scope. The only issue I had was it did not have the exposed side turret which is important to me for shooting out to 400m due to wind drift.
Since reaching out to me I have heard nothing, crickets. Last time I heard from them was Oct 8 2024. Nobody answers the phone or replys leaving me in limbo.

Ideas.

I had a tough time communicating with them as well. Got in touch with them regarding a warranty concern on an optic, they were pretty responsive, shipped it and then didn't hear anything for months. I would try to politely check in periodically but could never get a response. I did randomly get a replacement in the mail, but it was close to 6 months later. There was never any communication after the initial messages.
