Does any one have any experience with Sig optics warranty in Canada?

I'm thinking hard about trying a Romeo 3 XL on my IPSC Production optics pistols.

I'm currently using DeltaPoint Pros and like any slide mounted optics I've had a couple go fail over the last few years. Korth has been great to deal with and used to just send me a new one the day my broken one arrived. The last time however they sent it to the US for repair, probably because with the new US military contracts they haven't been able to meet demand.This took a few weeks or more.

I keep 3 dots for 2 pistols so it's not a big deal loosing a dot for a few weeks but months would not be good.

Had a Romeo5 crap out on me. Sent it in and fairly promptly had a new one in hand. I believe I paid shipping to them.

Seemed painless enough.
 
Sig warranty looks good in the User Manual booklet. I have a Juliet6 magnifier dropped off to authorized Canadian Sig service (MD Charlton Co in Mississauga) last week, they sad they gonna contact me this week to update, so far nothing.
Initially contacted Sig USA but they responding slow about tree weeks late, both Tech and Customer support. Not blaming only my observation.
These days we have a new norm, nothing is working as we got used to.
