Sight for my CX4 Storm

I am looking for a decent aim point for my Storm. So far I have seen:
1/ Tasco Red Dot 1x32mm ($150)
2/ Tasco 1x32mm Red Dot with solar panel ($90)

Anyone have any experience with these sights or can recommend another brand? I wouldn't want to spend more than $200.
