Sight question

I've seen guys that can shoot the lights out at 200-300m, but their aperture was almost maxed out in windage to the left or right.
If it shoots and groups well, it's not a concern. You may find as you group and zero further out, some of those clicks will even out.
Don't stress, every person has a unique position and hold with a rifle that effects how they look through the rear sight.

Do you know if there's a way to correct that?
If a put a Red Dot or an Holo sight will it be easier to aim or would it feel more natural to aim with it ?
It feels a bit strange with the rear sight nealy to the limit of the left side...

I don't know how to answer your question, as I'm not sure what you mean. However, when I first got my AR, this guy's video told me everything I needed to know about sighting in:

You need to find a position that is completely comfortable to you, with a consistent cheek weld to the stock, and then you can zero the weapon.
It sounds like you have an inconsistent hold, as if it's uncomfortable to look through the sights after zeroing, you probably adjusted the sights with a different hold/sight picture, and now it's uncomfortable. When you bring the sights up, the rifle has to be held in a consistent and repeatable way, otherwise a "zero" is completely useless.
The last thing you want to do is to run straight to the world of red dot's and scopes as a quick fix, because then they become a crutch. Keep on with those iron sights, and once you've mastered them, look into optics. Or not.....

I wouldn't worry it is only 11 clicks. My A4 carry handle has 80, 40 left and 40 right. A rifle is zeroed or not zeroed, slight differences <.5moa are normal, big differences show a shooter has a problem.
