Sight question.

Hey there , i know this question comes down to personal preference but i wanted to know if anyone has tested the difference between a hooded gas lock front sight ie Marstar and the SE gas lock front sight keeping with a blade sight from somewhere like Smith enterprises .

Does anyone maybe have pictures comparing the two , ive seen the marstar one and it looks cool but i cannot find a picture of an m14 with the SEI one on it .

Those 2 sight's are a personal preference. 1's for Chinese barrel's (A.K.A. Marstar) & the other 1 is for USA barrel's (A.K.A. Smith Enterprise). There are also 1's like this if you like the traditional front sight;

I like that gas lock type that maintains the blade sight , however you said they only make those for usa barrels ? and the one for a norc would be custom ? where would one be able to get one for a Norc barrel ?
