My first purchase was a Winchester 94 Trapper in 357. What a fun gun! I have been using it for a year now and have come to the conclusion that I really do not like leaf sights.
I am stuck between three choices, the Williams FP sights, a Lyman tang sight or a Marble's tang sight. I am planning on getting into Cowboy Action shooting as I have a coachgun and the matching Vaqueros are #3 on my to-buy list. Here are a few questions I am trying to answer:
1. Are the Williams sights allowed in cowboy action shooting?
2. For the tang sights, are the Marble's worth double of Lymans?
3. What front sights are allowed, can I get a Lymans globe sight, or should I stick with a bead sight?
