Anyone have an H&K sight tool that will work on an HK45, or a universal sight tool I can borrow? Also do those sight pushers work on the front sight as well or just the rear?

I was thinking I could EMT cash as collateral, you ship it to me, I get my sights done, then ship it back. You can EMT me back my cash minus your shipping cost and maybe a few bucks for your troubles once you get the tool back.

Doesn't make sense to me to go out and spend $100+ on a tool I probably won't use again, or at least for a long time, and I'm also not keen on dropping my pistol off to the gunsmith here that will hold onto my pistol for weeks on end without doing anything.

Don't have a vice, and I'm installing tritium sights. The force of the punch and hammer has been known to rupture the tritium vials, especially on stubborn sights. Plus, less chance of me screwing it up and scratching up my super expensive handgun :p

Out of curiosity wouldn't a vice and brass punches work?

I am looking for the same tool to put fibre optic sights on a HK USP .40. I have put Novak sights on a Glock .22 with a punch and vise (successfully) but I am concerned about possibly damaging the stainless slide on the HK. If I could borrow or rent a proper sight pusher I would feel a lot more comfortable with this job. :D

OP please let me know by PM if you are successful.

I guess Rugerman and I are going halves on the H&K tool. If anybody is interested in buying it or using it when we're finished let us know.
