I have a hardly fired '68 Brno ZKK-602 with the pop up rear peep sight. Caliber is 375 H&H, 300gr Nosler Partition bullets. I am wondering how to sight it in. I have a 100 yard range, so how high of the point of aim should it be shooting with the regular sights, and how high up from that with the peep sight?

I just want to make sure I'm getting this right. Looking in the manuals it seems it should be:
+2.59@100
0.00@200
-10.69@300

So I would set the peep sight so the bullet hits 10.69" above the POI @ 100 yards? or am I doing this totally wrong?

Thanks
Trev

According to your chart - If you want to be sighted in at 200 yds - you would sight in at +2.59 inches at 100

at 300 yds it would gthen drop 10.69 inches

with a peep and 375 i would sight it as zero at 100 yds or maybe 1-2 inches hi at 100 at most. A peep for me is best to not much more than 200 yds for a good kill

Ah, thanks, I'm certainly not going to shoot it at 300 yards, I just wondered I was on the right track. I'll sight it in for zero@100 then and see how that goes.

With a 300 gr Nosler Partition at 2500, this is what I got with the front sight 1" above the bore. The table didn't copy well, so I delated all of the information except for the range and trajectory, but basically with a 200 yard zero, you are about 3" high at 100, and all of your shots should stay within a 6" trajectory circle out to about 235 yards. If you know your exact velocity, I could run it again.
