I was sighting in my new SKS yesterday and I got it almost spot on , however, I need a bit more "right" windage and my front sight is all the way to the left.

How can I get the shots more to the right when my front sight is maxed out to the left ?

Learn to shoot it like a bow aim a little more to the right
it's a 75 yard gun anyway and mine holds a nice tight little group 2 " at 75 yards

Maybe look at the aftermarket peepsights that replace the rear sight leaf and have a windage adjustment too. It will give you the extra windage. All I can think of...

Possibly. There are probably others here with more experience that can chime in. I don't have the experience as I am new to the SKS but I have read that some could be canted. I would think if you took the receiver out of the stock and ran a straightedge along each side extending to the front sight and measured the difference. If that will work with SKS it might show if the sight is canted and if you measure either side of the barrel it might show a barrel not properly aligned with the receiver. Worth a shot anyway. It might indicate if you should take it to a gunsmith for further inspection. But take my advice as a noob for what it is worth, at this point all I am really good for is comic relief :D
