Sighting issue R22 and Holosite

I've got a Holosight mounted on my Rhineland Arms R22. I've bottomed out the verticle adjustment, and my point of impact is still an inch low.

Any ideas? Does anyone make a Weaver to Picatinny riser with few moa built into the slope? Worst comes to worst, I could try and shim the rear bolt.

OK, I took the shroud off, and re-installed it with a .040 washer under the last mounting bolt.

The math wiz figures I should gain 17 inches of elevation, so hopefully that will put me in the middle of the scopes adjustment range.

(And i can always sand the shim if needs be)
