Sighting the enfield no4 mk1 peep sight

Hey guys i just got myself an enfield no4 mk1 longbranch sporter, and was wondering which minute mark to start the flip up sight at if im only shooting 50-100 yards? when i bought it was at 8 and i guess thats wrong. any help appreciated? Im not looking for dead on accurate just a place to start for 50-100 yards.
