Anyone who bought this scope brand new ..... does it come with a sunshade?

If no, where to get sunshade for it?

No it doesn't. Try ebay or direct from sightron.
I have the fch 10-50x saved over $200 buying from 4scopes.com Canadian prices have high margins!
