It could be (and probably is) something to do with my form, but has anyone else found the play of the pistol a bit off? I had to crank the rear sight all the way to the right, because i was consistently getting a grouping always left where i was shooting.

I have a Beretta as well, and that always hits more or less where i want it to.

My wife was shooting hers yesterday for the second time and was totally on the left side of the silouette. I tried a couple of mags and it seemed to be about 2-3 inches left at 25 ft. I'll pay more attention next week.

Mine seems fine in windage, but shoots way low. I almost have to line up the white dot on the front post with the top edge of the rear sight to hit bullseyes at 7 yards.

Sounds like you were flinching at the shot break. The rear sight on the M&P should be dead center on the slide as should the front. Work on pulling the trigger straight back with little to no pressure from your trigger finger on the frame. If you reload or can find some dummy rounds have someone load your mag with the dummy round randomly inserted. You will find out soon enough if you are flinching. You might also have someone else shoot your gun off a bench. I doubt it is the sights that are the problem.

Mine shoots 3 inches low at 10 yards. Put a laser on it, and it shoots the dot

Sounds like you are you using a six o'clock hold? The gun shoots to POA otherwise you are dipping as you shoot. With CNC equipment I would think is is pretty difficult for a gun to be that far off at 10 yards.

Shooting left at 10 yards in most cases lies with the shooter and is quite common when shooters with limited experience buy a new pistol. Before moving sights around that only sets up a constant need to adjust them as the shooter improves having someone else try the gun from the rest would seem more appropriate.

When he states his Beretta shoots more or less where he aims might be a clue the individual does not have the apparent shooting if not mental skills you obviously do. If he hasn't done so already shooting from a firm rest at five then seven then 10 yards might give him a better clue as to whether the sights need moving or not. I suspect he will find the rear sight set in the middle of the slide is where they should be.

To the OP, did you try the various grip sizes to see if it changed your POI? A smaller grip may allow you to get more finger on the trigger and pull it back strait with ease...

I prefer a 6 o'clock hold, but tried holding point of aim several times. Shot it from a bench as well. Had other shooters try it. It shoots low.
When I put the laser on it I used a laser bore sight. Now it shoots exactly where the laser is. If I was dipping the pistol, flinching etc. it would be hitting low with the laser as well as the sights. It's not.
Can anyone recommend some decent adjustable aftermarket sights, and where to purchase?

To confirm there is zero flinch or milking the grip, set up your phone on slo-mo video mode and video a series of shots. I was able to diagnose my issues this way, helped a lot since the slo-mo showed the slightest movement.
