Personally I think the elites in black with rosewood grips are sharp. Deciding on my first sig p226 purchase and trying to decide between black, stainless or two-tone.

All I see is enhanced elite in 9mm.

There are also a couple on EE.

I didn't check the stock of platinum elite, you may have to order if they don't have in stock. Contact them and see what they say. I like the Platinum Elite pictured above ^ except for the grips, to each his own. Are aftermarket grips (wood) readily available for the 226 Elite?

For range work stainless makes a lot of sense. for duty black has many advantages.
