Silky saws are manufactured in Ono Japan, home of the finest cutlery steel known to man. Crafting fine wood cutting saws since the early 1900’s, Silky continues to raise the bar for quality, endurance and cutting efficiency that none can match. Leading the industry in both design and innovation, saw users are changing their language in all parts of the world from merely asking for a saw, to asking for a Silky.

Silky saws are amazing.

I have always used bow saws for light limb clearing/general bush clearing and didn’t know how bad they sucked compared to a Silky.

Treat yourself! If you spend any time in the bush at all you will never regret buying one.

Is there a CGN discount code by any chance? I'm thinking a Silky saw would make a great bday present to myself. :)

I’ve Used a silky everyday for the last 8 years I wouldn’t put anything else on my belt. Stays sharp longer, less vibration when cutting, fits the hand well with a soft grip. They maybe be more then all the other brands but u will make up for it saving on replacement blades and your hands will thank ya as well as your body.

These are great saws, and I'd like to get them to my tool collection. Thank you for sharing. When it comes to tools, I can't stop buying new ones, by the way, the shelves in my workshop are almost full. And I admit that I don't always use everything I buy. Please tell me, what tools do you use most often? Actually, during the search, I found the best miter saw buying guide and I want you to look at the reviews of saws and share your opinion about them. I wonder which one would you like to buy and why.

I've used these professionally for a long time, I carry a zubat 330 in my pack when hiking/hunting/wheeling etc. It is one of the most under-rated tools a guy can have handy. I cut down my Christmas tree with one every year.

Wicked saws just don't use the extra fine blade on bones.... broke off most of the teeth somehow...

Gonna follow up with my own post. Which blade do folks find works the best on bone? Fine? Medium? Can't be large cause I had a hell of a time using my large tooth blade cutting ribs and extra fine broke most the teeth....
