Picked up a few boxes of s&b 44 mag to go with my new to me used ranch hand. A week later I picked up the gun and the barrel was rusty, I know I swiped it clean and oiled it before putting it away I'm crazy about oiling.
I noticed several grains of something in the barrel maybe I didn't clean it good enough since I only shot about 20 rounds but I know I oiled it, are they more corrosive than regular ammo?
