Silly question, PAL to RPAL.

Hey there,
I've had my PAL for a few years now.

Challenged my RPAL last month (feb 16).

I just got my two stamped forms (CAFC 332) back from the CFO in orillia. One question....
What the hell do I do with these? I can't remember what the examiner said for the life of me.

Attach a copy to your RPAL application and send in to Miramichi

What RPAL application? I just got the two CAFC 332's in the mail.

I dont remember getting an application from my examiner.

You can do this on your PC and then print off for signatures, attach a COPY of your test results and mail.

Pretty sure that's all there is.... I did this a few months ago and forgot to attach a copy ... ended up having to Fax it over. Doh!
