They sure can run fast, thats indisputable. The taste of the meat, IMO, not good. Like eating a sage salad.
Unlike deer they don't jump fences, they always go under.
Odd. I've seen many jump over a fence, rather than go around or wiggle under. I even have video of us watching one try and figure out if he wanted over the fence, or around it. We were waiting to see if we had to shoot it since if he went around the fence, he would walk over a cattle guard and would likely break a leg doing so. He jumped over in the end, quite handily I might add.
