This photo was very badly damage on the old microfilm. Old Army Signal Corps Picture, I am sorry for its condition. However, you can just make out the rifle being fired in the "rain" setup and see the empty cases on the machine. The shooter has a rain coat on. This was the rain test. I hope you find it of Interest.
Warning, before you go to my sites lower your volume as the opening page contains a sound file which has a loading and firing of the M1 Garand. So if you're at work or home it may be wise to check your volume control.
