Single Action speedloaders?

No such thing exists. Just get good at fumbling them around in your hand.

Being a Cowboy Action shooter I've gotten to where I can load the holes as fast as my other hand can index the cylinder around. Practice makes perfect.

Granted the New Vaquero makes this a little more difficult since the loading gate disconnect doesn't let you index the cylinder against the hand like the old style original Colt action. But even with that a little practice and you can load it pretty quickly. Hang in there and keep shooting. More shooting equals more practice at loading.... :D

EDIT- Or at least I have never seen such a thing nor do any of the cowboy action guys I shoot with use such things.

Added because any time I've said "no such thing exists" in the past I've been hoisted up and shown the error of assuming anything is totally absolute.... :D

Can any of you cowboy action shooters out there tell me where I can find some "shooting star" or "speed strips" for my .357 New Vaquero? Thanks

Never seen or heard of such a thing and if it does exist, keep it to yourself. I don't want the wife finding out about it, she can use up my ammo fast enough without "speed loading". LOL

Really, the only way I know of to speed load a S.A. is to "pull pin, remove empty cylinder, insert new loaded cylinder, push pin". In the US civil war, some of the Union Army cavalry was quit proficient at this with the 1858 Remingtons.

Try Epps.
What you are looking for are - "speed strips" by Bianchi.
Work great on a swing out. (DA)
Not worth a hoot for SAA. --- Just my opinion though.

You can use a magazine for a Desert Eagle.

Position the magazine so you can push out the rounds directly into the cylinder with your thumb.

It actually works pretty good.

Calgary Shooting center has "tuff strips". I believe that is what you are referring to. Like was said above, they don't work well on SA's.
