single point sling adapter question

Getting an AR (Milspec 6 pos collapsible butt stock ) What type of single point sling adapter is recommended and where is a good source for them ?
I have seen some with QD mounts , some with long square holes and some with round holes for the sling clip and magpull has the ASAP
I already have a single point sling that will connect to a QD mount or just clip in .


Going to be using the AR for CQB matches .

If you already have a single point QD sling, you can pick up a QD sling mount that clamps onto your buffer tube.

Just get yourself a 2 point Vickers sling instead. Everyone else does
