Jerry Pomehichuck at www . hiproprecision.com carries BAT actions. Not sure about his stock on hand though.

I think Paul Reiben has a Musgrave single shot action in stock. He was advertising it at the Western F class match last weekend.

A Musgrave may be an older design, but a fine rifle can be built up on one.
