Hoping someone can help, I have a single shot adapter for a Lee Enfield, see pictures, my challenge is I don’t know if it fits a No.1 Mk III or a No.4 Mk 1. I’m looking to pick one up but I want to get the correct model.
I believe it is for a #1 Mk. III. They were made in Canada a long time ago if you have a metal one. If it is plastic, it is likely a recent 3D printed copy.
Sold a couple of these. DCRA/PRA was all prone, slow fire, so a single shot adapter made sense. I suspect the adapter would sit either a SMLE or No. 4.
The adapter replaces the magazine catch, it is held up by the sear spring.
