Single Shot Forestock --ID help needed

I first thought it was a Cooey 84 in 410

Now I am having my doubts.

Anyone recognize this?

Looks like a Cil or old Winchester/Cooey shotgun forend

Not a cil, and dont think its a cooey either. The latch is a bit off for an 84, well mine anyway whcih looks like this,
