Single stage assembly line

I was completely indifferent to what they were doing.
Up until they seated a bullet into a case that had charge that filled to the mouth .... then I think I had a mild stroke !

They didn't show if they used credible projectiles that were within spec.... not sure that I'd want to know.

compressed loads are quite common. the example that comes to my head right now is .223 using Varget IIRC. The top 2 or 3 loads have compressed loads. EG the powder is compressed into the case when the bullet is seated. I agree, my first few gave me the willies for sure. They didn't shoot that accurate, so I have no need to do that, and it saves powder to drop the charge weight a bit anyway.

There is nothing wrong with that as per safety of pressure, and even accuracy if he uses the same method every time. You can't double charge a rifle case as per dangerous double charge in a handgun load.

I've shown a buddy that you can simply fill .223 cases to the top with 4895 and still shoot a 3 inch group at 100 yards , all within safe pressure limits. Most commercial loading is done with volumetric powder charging.

Yup, you can literally do that and be safe in certain instances. 7.62X39 and bulky mid to slower extruded powders this is definitely possible. You just have to know what you are doing. As for the intended use, probably being fired through a shot out 1970s AKM they will work just fine.
