Size of cast buckshot?

Does anyone have any experience of what size Lee’s #0 buckshot mold drops?
Wondering about double duty as a round ball load for 303 or 7.62 Russian.
Is it similar to their 311 round ball mold, just a big gaping pour?
Also does rolling them like a rock tumbler round/smooth them out?
