Has anyone done any testing of this ammo. What were your findings and what types of guns has it been tested with. Inquiring minds would like to know. Thanks Chris

I tested it in a CZ457MTR as well as an Anschutz MPR . In the 20.5" MTR , a 5 shot group had an ave velocity of1135.6 fps , SD of 9.5 and a spread of 22fps . Nice tight ragged hole group at 50 yards . In the Anschutz MPR 25.6" , a 5 shot group had an ave velocity of 1098.8fps , an SD of 13.3 and an ES of28 fps . Nice tight group as well . Both were at -3C . It shot well in both rifles . I'd buy again .

From what I understand the SK Long Range Rifle Match is the same as the SK Biathlon, it just had met a higher standard with the lot tests.

Ultimately it has slightly higher MV than the SK Rifle Match/Standard Plus line which theoretically can have some advantages with longer range I suppose.

I don't think it's hype, I just think it's a way to market their better performing SK Biathlon lots to the increasing long range 22lr fanatics :)

Hopefully Tenda decides to stock them so I can save on the shipping. I'm in no rush for them. My 457 likes the CCI SV and SK Pistol Match.

I shoot SK LR match in a sako quad. Its not uncommon to watch your bullets go right through the same hole at 50 or 100yds. Me and my shooting buddy were at the Milo range ringing gongs at 300m with great repeatability. I tried some American Eagle and CCI's and even though they are faster, they were all over the place at 300. I bought from Tesro.

Works for me as advertised

Your opinion doesn't count! HAHA now that's funny. I bit the bullet and bought a case of it and old reliable SK Rifle Match. The rifle match easily outshot my last case of Lapua Center X which was rather disappointing at the huge price difference. Probably the same crap lot that Grauhanen had bad results with. He was smart and returned it. Me dumb and me shoot it all. I wont repeat that again, itll go back. With rimfire the difference in ammo becomes very apparent at distance, the farther we stretch the more drastic the results become. I should have bought every case of that lot of SK Rifle Match, but was havin so much fun watching em fly through the same holes. I was shootin when I should've been buying. I will report some results out of my Vudoo and Dlask receiver Kidd everything else guns when I start shooting the Long Range SK. Follow thru and keep makin smoke!!

I worked up the trajectory on my Garmin 701 for this bullet a couple weeks ago and it has one of the highest BCs of all 22LR available from Applied Ballistics.

There's not a huge variation from best to worst, but this was one of the best.

I cannot recall off the top of my head which had a higher BC, but what was higher was not much higher.

Lapua Center X surprisingly was actually one of the lowest BCs, which would explain why some guys don't care for it for long range shooting.

That's encouraging news! Thanks for sharing your findings. I will begin to do some testing as soon as the weather warms a little or I get a day with little wind. Ill do some paper targets at farther distances 200 ,300 and maybe 400 plus some magnetospeed readings while whacking steel. Don't worry it wont be on the gun barrel when Im punching holes in the paper. Ill report the GOOD/BAD news of my testing. Chris
