SKB -- 3BL Skeet combo?

Greetings: I'm setting in my office with a SKB mod 600 skeet combo (20/28/.410) bls - cased. The gun is tight showing some blue wear on the bottom of the receiver, small use marks in the stock with a very fine (repaired crack) under the forhand. The bls are 28" and 99% condition showing very little wear. I was given this to try for a couple of weeks --- seems to fit me very well as does most SKB's. The fellow is asking $1300.00. Do you think that this is a fair price?? I know what the "Blue Book" says but I have always considered it not much more than a reference and sometimes not real world.

I have previously owned a 12 ga.6oo SKB skeet and currently own a 20 imported by Ithaca. In my opinion, they are at least equal to Brownings Citori line. That said, they are not as popular as Brownings and therefore cheaper to buy used. I don't think you would find a comparable skeet set in a Browning for near that "asking price" in that condition. I would be all over it, yet being who I am, I would still try to knock the price down since you say it's the asking price. I paid $ 900.00 for the 20 in a browning Hartman case last year and have no buyer regret in the least.
