Skeet - first time - what a blast!

A 935 may not cycle lighter target loads. A Franchi Affinity and Remington 11-87 fits both your budget and the ability cycle lighter loads. If they fit, they would be better options to look at.

I have a $1200.00 versa-max that I can hit so so.But if I use my 33yr old wing master, or a cheap but reliable model 84, 12 ga cooey single shot I can hit consistent.Cant knock them old cooey's they are as true & reliable as you can get.Money can't smoke clay's.

It would be pretty tough shooting the doubles on station 1,2,6 & 7 with a single shot.

Davie, you mentioned having issues getting on target with your Versamax now in 2 seperate threads. May I suggest taking the gun to a pattern board? If you can hit clays successfully with your Wingmaster & Cooey and can't with the Versamax, you may have a gun fit issue. The reason I was suggesting the 11-87 and Affinity over the 935 wasn't a money issue. Alot of 3.5" Autos aren't designed to fire light loads. Some will, don't get me wrong but some won't.
