Skeet range compass direction

The club I'm with is considering a skeet range. Does a skeet range have to face any particular compass heading? If so what is it? If not, good. I've been looking but can't find any info on that. It makes a difference on where we place the range on the property.
 
All i would take into account is the 300 min. yd. B.S. and to avoid sun in the eyes from the diff. stations esp. in the morning and evening.
 
Most ranges have trap and skeet ranges pointing thrue North! Anything else while have you shooting into the sun at one point or another. It is similar to mosque pointing to Mecca and Catholic churches having their doors openiing to the East and altars in the west! Except when they screw up!

Looks like ours may have to face SW to fit the property and not need any 'land use agreement' with the neighbours.
