Skeleton reviews?

I really like the look of the Svd style skeleton stock Wolverine sells for the VZ/CZ and I was wondering what people think of them. I plan on putting a POSP scope on the rifle.

The length of pull is long, but if what you are after is a scoped DMR type gun I don't see a big problem with that.

The pistol grip is too small for me but I can wrap one hand completely around a volkswagen so it may or may not be an issue for you.

At first I did not like it on my VZ58 but after a few trips to the range I got used to it and actually became quite comfortable with it and now I really like it. Not sure if I will keep it on but it works for me for right now/

Is it perfect? Definitely not. Is it usable? For sure. Can one grow to like it? In my case, Yes.

I have small hands and I like that stock so far. Looks great too IMO.

Overall, I like it alot. However, I find I have to squish my head downwards and rearwards to get a good sight picture (with irons), so my cheek is almost off the cheekrest. As stated above, the length of pull is long, but not uncomfortably so for my height (5'8")

They probably work OK if you can get over how ugly they look in person - just my humble opinion.
