Just got my crate of ammo from Lever, and noticed that crate is printed with 7.62x43 !!

any difference between 7.62x39 and 7.62x43?? Can I shoot this ammo with my SKS?

thankx

It's 7.62 x 39. That confused me the first time as well. All my crates say that. 7.62 x 39mm is sometimes known as M43.

Our commie pals called the 7.62x39 ball the 7.62mm M43 cartridge. No army using it calls it by it's full metric designation.

Likewise, the Red Army (and Russian Army of today) called the 7.62x54R the M91 cartridge. As a side note, the Czechs called it the 7.62mm M59, in light and heavy ball sub types.
