how can I recognize a chrome lined SKS barrel?
does anybody have pictures by chance?

sometimes its hard to tell due to the paint but if your crown is steel then you might be able to see the chrome near the bore.

you can do a test , read russian sks45 sticky post 34 .

I read the SKS 45 sticky and did the test with the cold blueing;
there is no reaction at all to the blueing solution...
that means i got a chromed barrel, great !
