SKS Bullpup Modification

If I missed it, please direct me to a discussion that covers this topic. Otherwise, I would like to know if there is any legal issues of modifying this gun in Ontario? If not, then what is the best manufacturer of a conversion kit?

No. You can't do it.
A bullpup stock is a prohibited device. This has been discussed extensively on CGN.
The problem is not the bullpup concept, it is the stock.
