hi, I am new in this guns hobbies, i was wonder is it legal in Canada to have this SKS collapsible stock? and also I was wondering is legal to buy stock and Mag from US (US website)?, because some of that don't ship to Canada, but some do ship to Canada if yes do I need any special paper work for it?

Yes, the Tapco T-6 stock is legal in Canada. I just ordered mine from sksman.com in the USA and they had no problem shipping mine to me. Give them a try.

The mag has to be pinned, and even then, depending on the Customs guy, you may have problems.

when it comes to shipping a mag to canada , stay with 5 rd mag . bigger mags are not allowed and US dealers will not pin . no problem with importing stocks .
