SKS - CQA Rail gap question

Is the SKS Scope Tri-Mount [NcS-MTSKS] rail gap the same as the CQ-A rail gap under the handle.

So if I get the SKS SIGHT COMBO [SKS-SIGHT-COMBO] can I also put the sight on my CQ-A.

Yes they are both picatinny
