My friend recently purchased a specter ballistics push forward mag release after seeing it advertised as accepting ANY magazine.
After seeing it installing it on his rifle it turns out that it does not work with AK47 magazines, as the retaining tab on the magazine sits too high to engage the lip on the magazine release.
He enjoys this rifle, but having to take both hands off the gun to remove a magazine is a deal breaker; he'd REALLY like to find a push forward design to drop the magazine one handed. Does anyone know of such a thing for the SKS-D model?
